Welcome to Week 6

Today we are  responding to music, which we can also call ‘musical interpretation’. You might want to think about the following questions when you listen to the song. How do you interpret the meaning of the song, what do these lyrics mean to you? How do they relate to our current situation?

Play along with the instruments you made in visual arts with Mrs Velardi.

Learn the lyrics. (especially those who love to sing and want to be in Junior Choir)

Chrome Lab  – Kandinsky

Ok. Here’s some more chrome lab fun.  I would like you to click on the link below and draw a picture with your keypad or mouse on how you interpret the song “Three Little Birds” . You might want to sketch the tree that appears in the song, or something completely different, maybe an emotion to how the song makes you feel, or a picture of what is going through your mind as you hear these lyrics.  Once you’ve done that, listen to the cool musical interpretation you just made. You can also change the colour of your drawing which will also change the sound.  I’m sure you creative little birds will come up with some great pictures and sounds here.  You can post your creations in seesaw if you like and if you can.  Enjoy everyone….and don’t worry about a thing cos every little thing is going to be alright!! 🙂
