As part of our review process, we are required to sign a ‘Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statement’. These will be on the staffroom bench. Once you have completed this form, please tick your name off the list and place the completed form in the ‘completed’ tray supplied. I have left two examples of completed ones on the bench. Yard Supervision – Toilets
//Dear Staff,
When on yard duty please keep an eye out on the toilets. Students have been playing and using the toilets as a hiding place and today this resulted in a significant injury to one of our students. Students are not to be playing hide and seek or chasey and running to the toilets to hide. Can I ask that all staff talk to students about this. If you are on yard duty and you notice students hanging around the toilet area and students playing/ hanging around inside the toilets, please redirect them to the deignated play areas. Thank you.
