Water Slides

Your Task:

Design and create a waterslide that carries two people figurines (lego, wooden) safely down the slide and into a small pool.

Must haves:

• Must have 2 lanes so that the two people can race.
• The height of the slide is to be 50cm and the length to be 60cm.
• It must be strong enough so that it doesn’t break as the people slide down.
• The material for the slide needs to be waterproof.

What now?

1. You need to brainstorm some ideas and draw them on some paper. (take photos so you can share them once you have completed the challenge).
2. Build your slide from the plans you created. Test your design and make changes where you need to. Remember to redraw your new designs. (Have an adult take photos as use do this- to share once the challenge is complete)

•  Put all of your photos together in a photo story using video, slideshow or a poster. Bring your model in when we return to onsite learning.
