Program Support Group (PSG) appointments: PSG appointments are made outside the parent Teacher timetable and generally replace the need for a Parent teacher Appointment .
Two appointments for one child: In some cases an official request is made through the office for each parent to meet with the teacher at a separate appointment time. The Deputy Principal will allocate the required number of appointment times for each teacher where applicable.
Start Times will vary according to grade numbers and the number of interview slots required
Teachers will be released before their first appointment
Food will be provided for the meal break
Appointments will continue through to 8.00pm
The bell will ring every 10 minutes so that the interview can finish and the parent can move on.
Teachers with no appointments will be rostered onto after school duty and to provide release for classroom teachers prior to their first appointment.
