After viewing the clip Stop and start at each sentence. Have a discussion with your children about what is happening in the story compare it to that of the English version. Ask your child to predict what will happen next?
Ask your children to tell you some of the foods il Bruco is eating write them down in Italian and get your child to draw and label the food il Bruco ate.
They should be able to tell you at least 2-3 foods il Bruca ate in Italian.
Students to then draw a picture of il Bruco on a piece of A4 paper and label the parts of Il Bruco. When il Bruco has been labelled students may then color it in.
