Lesson 5

L’Autunno-Autumn.

 

In Italy L’Autunno means Autumn. The tree’s (alberi) begin to fill the land with beautiful colours. The leaves (le foglie) begin to change from green (verde) to yellow (giallo), red ( rosso), ochre (ocra) and brown (marrone).

The weather  also cools down just before winter.

 

Write the heading Autunno.

Draw a scene with lots of Autumn trees and some Italian homes (case). Remember to add the colours mentioned. Look at the example below. When you finish write this sentence:

Autunno e pieno di colori. verde, giallo, ocra, rosso e marrone. Il cielo e`grigio, blu e bianco.

 

Autumn is full of colour, green,yellow  ochre,red, and brown. The sky is grey, blue and white.
