This year we will record any behavioural incidents using nWellbeing which is part of the nForma suite. Below is a link to a slideshow detailing how to do this. Please use nWellbein to record any Tier 3 (refer to Positive Behaviour Support Policy) behavioural incidents or repeated Tier 2 behavioural incidents. Could any phone calls to parents regarding behavioural incidents please be recorded here as well?
