IT Update

Firstly, thank you to everyone for your continued patience during this time. The frustration level of this situation is significant, and I know that I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know.

Over the weekend, MACS and Orro made the changes we had requested and as of 8am Monday morning, all looked well – until around 9.10 when connections started to drop. Despite numerous support requests, phone calls, etc to both MACS and Orro, they have not been able to offer us a solution to this situation.

Tony has stated that from what he is seeing on the server, the devices are being assigned IP address as they connect, and everything is working the way it should, however, we know that it is not true. To this end, we have engaged the services of a Network Engineer who will be on site today working with Tony to solve this issue once and for all.

I will keep you all updated during the day as things progress ..
