Morning everyone,
We have received a lot of phone calls in the office this morning from parents requesting information about the specialists timetable. I know some of you have already put this information in your class story, but if you haven’t had the chance to do that yet, can you please let your families know which days are your specialist days asap.
A reminder to please post this through CLASS STORY – not the class announcement feature in the messages section.

You should all have received an invitation to your 2024 Class Dojo class for the year. Just a couple of reminders, please post to the CLASS STORY – not the message stream. By using the Class Story stream, parents will be alerted via the app rather than by text message which has proved to be more reliable. Please make sure that you have your settings on your profile set to Melbourne Australia and that ‘quiet hours’ has been set as well as ‘muted notifications’ over the weekend.
As a reminder – quiet hours are from 4pm through to 8am. If you are new to the school, all of this has already set up for you.

Please use the CRT Roll (located on the staff desktop under forms) to mark the rolls. It seems that there has been issues with ICON and e-SIS syncing the roll data and it’s currently being worked on.. *please see message below
As soon as we have confirmation that the issue has been resolved, I will notify you, but until then, please continue to use the CRT Roll
We have encountered some enrolment issues with 2024 data across multiple schools in regards to ICON and them syncing the correct information.
We have been made aware that this is affecting schools in one form or another.
Unfortunately we are unable to intervene as it all extends from eSIS.
We are working with ICON support to address it. Once I am notified that the issue has been resolved I will send you another email. Hopefully once sorted the next sync should address the following:
Missing students
Missing parents
Incorrect Home Group/ Year level enrolment

Your printing budgets for Term 1 have all been updated for the 2024 school year. On top of your normal amount, you have an additional $10 to cover classroom setup printing. Currently the printing costs are 0.01 for a black and white copy or 0.05 for a colour.
Please remember that if a page has even one instance of something being in colour i.e. a hyperlink, your account will be charged for a colour copy 🙁

You would have received a new form today for the PERSONAL PURCHASE of any Staff Uniform Order. This form is to be completed if YOU wish to purchase any additional items of the clothing currently on display in the staffroom.
If you have completed the 2024 Staff Uniform Order that was sent the other day, you don’t need to do anything else regarding this matter. We already have this order 🙂
