Staff Compliance Agreements

Please find below the links to the 2023 Staff Digital Technology Policy Agreement and the 2023 Staff Social Media Policy which need to be completed ASAP in order to meet compliance requirements for the 2023 school year.
Could ALL staff please have these forms completed by Monday 30th at the latest. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact me via email.
Please note ALL staff includes anyone who is employed by St George Preca Primary School.

Setting up Student Accounts
//Hi everyone,
I’ve received a few messages asking about the setup of student accounts for our online subscriptions – so just wanted to clarify this with you all.
The Admin Account does all of the setup for students and teachers. Please DO NOT make accounts for students or add classes etc. As soon as the classes are ready, you will either receive an email notification from the software subscription or I will email you to let you know that you are ready to go.

Class Dojo – Student Accounts etc.

Apologies for interrupting your break, but wanted to let everyone know that the Administrator account will be setting all Classes for Class Dojo, Hapara, EdAlive etc this week so PLEASE DO NOT make any accounts, classes etc. of your own.
Once this is done, we will start rolling out the information to families so that they can roll over into the new structure. As soon as the setup goes live, I will post up a new message to let you know 🙂

2023 Mailing Groups now live

The 2023 Mailing Groups are now live and ready to go. To use the group email, just type in either the number 2023 and select the relevant groups – or for year levels, type in the Year Level that you want to send too and look for the suffix of _2023
