If it is necessary for you to pick up your child early from school, you will need to complete an ‘Early Dismissal Form’ once you are physically at the school. This form is required as a ‘duty of care’ and to ensure that accurate time and attendance records are kept.

The form is located through the SKOOL LOOP app once you are onsite to collect your child
