If your child is un-well or is going to be absent from school for the day, you are required to complete an ‘Absentee Form’ by 9.15am. This is located in Skool Loop – click the Absentee Icon.

Once you complete this form, your child’s teacher receives notification that they will be absent and the office also receives a copy of this information. This is needed to ensure that accurate attendance data is being kept for your child.

If the school does not receive an Absentee Form, the student will be marked absent ‘without explanation’ and you will receive a text notification advising you of the absence.

*Please note that if your child is going to be away for more than 1 week eg. extended holiday – then you need to complete the ‘Extended Holiday Leave’ form instead which is located under the Permission tab.
