Social Stories

Social stories are used to share information regarding a topic or situation. Social stories do this  by describing events that will occur, sharing the perspective of others and suggesting an appropriate response to a situation. You may have seen a social story surrounding the playground disappearing on the parent community page. 

For example; a social story about working in a group might describe what group work is, how everyone gets a turn and what the expected behavior is in the group and how displaying these behaviors makes everyone feel in the group.
